Welcome to Mustard Seed Revival — your neighborhood bakery and grocery on Main Street, where every loaf is kneaded with intention and every shelf is stocked like we're feeding the people next door.
Made here.
Kneaded daily.
Mustard Seed Revival started with a simple conviction: that a town deserves a bakery that treats its neighbors like family. On Main Street in Jewell, we've built a space where the oven runs from dawn, the counters are always stocked, and you're never rushed out the door.
We bake the bread we'd want at our own table — sourdough with a proper crust, brioche rich enough to stand on its own, focaccia dimpled with olive oil and sea salt. Our grocery shelves carry the kinds of pantry staples and seasonal finds you'd ask a friend to bring back from the road.
Nothing fancy. Just honest food, made deliberately, served with the kind of warmth that comes from actually caring who walks through your door.

Two halves of the same promise: food that's made well and sold with care.
Sourdough with a crackling crust. Ciabatta, focaccia, brioche, and rotating specialties — all mixed, fermented, and baked on-site before you arrive.
Butter croissants, seasonal tarts, pie slices, and small-batch cookies. The kind of things that make a Tuesday morning feel like a occasion.
Thoughtfully chosen staples — olive oils, vinegars, jams, flours, spices, and local finds. The things you need and the things you didn't know you were missing.
Proper coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages to pair with your pastry or take home. Served in a space where slowing down is the whole point.
What the season calls for — pumpkin loaves in autumn, fruit-filled pastries in summer, spiced goods through winter. We follow the calendar, not the catalog.
Goods from nearby farms and makers — honey, preserves, eggs, cheeses, and more. We stock what we'd be proud to put on our own table.
Spring brings asparagus tarts and first-strawberry rhubarb. Summer is all about stone fruit, cold drinks, and bread that doesn't heat up the kitchen. Autumn gives us squash, apples, and everything spiced. Winter asks for slow-fermented loaves and things that keep well.
Our menu shifts because the ingredients shift. We'd rather have four great things in season than twelve mediocre ones year-round. If you're curious what's on the board today, just ask — we're happy to walk you through it.
